Core Responsibilities:

Practice Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of qualified auditors, accountants, and consultants.
Candidate Requirements:
Extensive senior management experience within a reputable audit, tax, or advisory firm in the UAE.
Deep technical understanding of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and IFRS standards.
Strong professional network and demonstrated capability in practice growth.
Fluency in Arabic and English is highly advantageous given the judicial nature of the practice.
