We are planning to convert our existing shop into a gold jewellery retail business, as the management is moving this area toward a full gold market. The shop size is 470 sq. ft. and it is located close to well-known jewellery brands like Malabar Gold and Joy Alukkas, which is a good advantage for customer flow.

All civil and interior works are already completed as per the rules, including firefighting, AC, and basic decoration. Only the jewellery display showcases need to be installed.

The price is AED 250,000, which is slightly negotiable. If the Ejari is done directly in our name instead of through the landlord, we can get a better rental rate.

At present, we are running a clothing business. As per the new strategy, we can either continue the clothing business, sell it, or convert the shop into a gold jewellery business.
