This is a Dubai-based investments/transportation company with hundreds of cars running already, we are offering you an opportunity to take advantage of our successful limo business which is based on UBER/Careem smart apps, hotel contracts, corporate clients, airport transfers and events, by getting your own brand-new luxury vehicles (Lexus ES-300 Hybrid) and operating them in the demanding market of Dubai. In Dubai, unlike in other cities, you need a limousine trade license (which normally costs millions) to register and operate cars with UBER/Careem, and here comes our turn to support you getting your cars, through us.

STARTUP COST:
The initial capital is AED 102,500 per car, all inclusive, and the minimum number of cars to order is 5, so the minimum capital is AED 512,500, this amount goes for following expenses:
1. Down payment to the showroom.
2. Bank application processing fee.
3. Traffic registration with RTA.
4. Comprehensive auto insurance policy.
5. RTA deposits.
6. Salik/DARB tag.
7. Remote Monitoring System (RMS).
8. Employment package for two drivers per car (immigration, MOL, medical test, Emirates ID, health insurance).

NET PROFIT:
Your total net profit per car in 5 years consists of 4 components:
1. Basic Profit: AED 2,000 to 2,500 per month (depending on your fleet size, we have 3 tiers) X 10 months per year X 5 years = 100,000 to 125,000.
2. PLUS, Additional Profit in the last 2 years which are Year 4 and Year 5 (after auto loan is finished): AED 2,000 X 12 months per year X 2 years = 48,000.
3. PLUS, Refundable Deposit: AED 10,500.
4. PLUS, Car Resale Value: ~ AED 50,000.
Total net profit per car after 5 years = AED 208,500 to 233,500.
(You can multiply the above by the number of cars).

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT:
We do the entire management for the business from A to Z including:
1. Ordering luxury cars from the local dealer.
2. Registration of vehicles.
3. Recruitment of drivers.
4. Obtaining all the necessary approvals from RTA for both vehicles and drivers.
5. Obtaining approvals from the banks.
6. Registration with UBER/Careem.
7. Contracting with various 5-star hotels + corporate clients.
8. Providing smartphones with data packages.
