We are a Supercar and exotic car detailing studio. We have 6250sqft is total that has been beautifully done with Fitouts for luxury automobile business. We are looking for an existing businesses to share our space and pay the above mentioned rent. The tenant has zero investment in infrastructure as we have spent over a million dirhams to get the place ready as how it is now. The rental mentioned is just half the price of the total rental that we are currently paying to our landlord for the warehouse whereas the entire Fitout’s done by us and not asking any key money for it.
Our studio is equipped with paint booth and two post lift as well.

Please note we are not charging for our infrastructure investments we have done, so there is no room for negotiation, but there is one more option that instead of sharing the whole space by half we also have one specific beautiful delivery bay which is 600sqft and it can be used as a small Accesories shop if somebody looking only for small investment and safer business.
