Our restaurant focuses on the Biryani segment of the industry. It’s pretty famous in the market over 7-8 years. Also, running couple of cloud kitchen from the same kitchen which is focused on Indian cuisine with overall approx. 120K monthly sales.
The size of our little restaurant is around 820 sqft, with tables and chairs (20 Seatings) on first floor and kitchen and counter on ground floor (indoors). Outdoor permission can be taken. Some work already done under our license, but the option is open if you are looking for outdoor seating.
**THE LOCATION：**
We're located in Karama. We have guaranteed traffic as being in the middle of Karama. Single and big parking in front of the restaurant. Close to many residential and commercial buildings.
**OUR REPUTATION: **
We are on most of the online ordering apps with more than 4 stars average. As we are in the market for 7-8 years, we are well known in the community.
**OUR COST: **
Our rent is only 108K per year (divided in four checks), plus VAT, Garbage, Admin fees. Next renewal is August 2026.
We have a staff accommodation in just a walking distance with 58K per year (divided in four checks) under one of the old partner’s name. But business pays the rent from business bank account. Very difficult and expansive to get staff accommodation in Karama.
If you take our License, Renewal cost is around 20K per year, next renewal will be in March 2026.
Our current staff count is 10.

We (my wife and l) are getting busy with our routine each day plus getting into a new venture which needs more concentration and not able to spare enough time to run the business which has a better potential to grow.
