NEED investors for supermarket in Dubai

I would like to get an investment of 300,000 AED for one year @ 9,000 to 12,000 monthly returns. This will be transferred to your account on 10th of every month. This is for my grocery shop and development of my sharing villa business in Dubai.
To secure this investment, i can transfer the trade license of shop under the investor name, court attested agreement and bank cheque. Once the money returned, investor needs to transfer back the trade license under my name and return the documents.
In addition to this, we will offer you or your representative a job in the shop if you have anyone experienced in grocery field with a salary of AED 2000. Salary will be transferred to your account on 10th of every month.
If you require employment visa, all the expenses related to visa must bear by yourself.
If you are comfortable with the above conditions, you can invest the money and start the work immediately with us.
